Responsibilities

• Organise and lead age-appropriate games, arts and crafts, storytelling, music, dancing, and group activities.
• Engage children with diverse interests and encourage participation.
• Communicate with children and parents in Russian and English.
• Follow hotel registration, attendance and authorised collection procedures.
• Keep activity areas, toys and equipment clean, organised and safe.
• Coordinate daily activities with the hotel team and travel agency representative.
• Follow safeguarding and emergency procedures, reporting incidents or concerns promptly.

Kids Club Attendant (Russian Speaking)

Location: UAE, Five-Star Hotel

Salary: AED 3000 plus accommodation and meals

Swiss Connect Solutions is recruiting a friendly, responsible and energetic Russian-speaking Kids Club Attendant / Kids Animator to create enjoyable holiday experiences for children at a five-star hotel in the UAE.

The successful candidate will be employed by our travel agency client and assigned to work at the hotel.

This role suits someone who enjoys working with children, leading activities and helping families feel welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise children during kids club activities, maintaining a safe welcoming and inclusive environment.
• Organise and lead age-appropriate games, arts and crafts, storytelling, music, dancing and group activities.
• Engage children with different interests and abilities, encouraging participation without pressure.
• Communicate clearly with children and parents in Russian and English.
• Follow the hotel's registration, attendance and authorised collection procedures.
• Keep activity areas, toys and equipment clean, organised and safe.
• Coordinate daily activities with the hotel team and travel agency representative.
• Follow child safeguarding and emergency procedures, reporting incidents or concerns promptly.

Essential Requirements

• Fluent spoken Russian, with the ability to explain activities and safety instructions to children and parents.
• Good spoken English for communication with guests and colleagues.
• Previous hands-on experience as a Kids Club Attendant, Kids Animator, Children's Entertainer, Children's Activity Leader or in a similar role.
• Experience supervising groups of children and leading organised activities.
• A patient, creative and dependable approach, with strong communication and guest service skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in the UAE and follow an operational roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel, resort, holiday club or family entertainment venue.
• Experience serving international families in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Relevant childcare, child safeguarding or paediatric first aid training.
