Qualifications

• Experience working with children in a childcare or education setting.
• Creative, enthusiastic, flexible, and capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Offer professional, friendly service to the children.
• Supervise and plan all activities at the Kids Club.
• Conduct and host birthday parties and events.
• Create arts and crafts for the Kids Club.
• Plan summer camps, Halloween, and Christmas events.
• Train new colleagues in daily operations.
• Report incidents and feedback to supervisor.
• Manage arts and crafts inventory.
• Ensure areas are clean and safe for children.
• Ensure attendants follow procedures.
• Design wall and window art for the Kids Club.
• Supervise children and ensure their safety.
• Assist reception at busy times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
