This role requires advanced knowledge of PCBA manufacturing, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to quality management. Prior experience in PCBA production quality control is essential. You are responsible to monitor, inspect, and control the quality of PCBA production processes and outputs, ensuring adherence to specifications, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
