Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an automotive distributor in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Key Accounts Manager to join their growing team and play a pivotal role in managing key client relationships, driving sales growth, and supporting the brand’s expansion across the UAE.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key automotive clients to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Act as the main point of contact for major accounts, addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business development within existing accounts.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor account performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare periodic sales reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—sales, marketing, product, and logistics—to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the automotive sector.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales within the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of automotive products, technology, and market dynamics.
