We are seeking a Key Accounts Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing key client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to meet our commercial goals within the Ready-Mix Concrete sector.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales volume, margin, and collection targets.
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of key clients while identifying opportunities for new business.
  • Develop detailed sales forecasts and project backlogs to support strategic planning.
  • Conduct regular customer and site visits to assess requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare tenders, quotations, and proposals, ensuring alignment with pricing and contractual policies.
  • Negotiate pricing, volumes, and services to maintain profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote and grow sales of Value-Added Products (VAPs) in coordination with the Technical Sales team.
Customer Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service, prompt communication, and issue resolution.
  • Track customer activities and interactions using the CRM system for accurate reporting and analysis.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
  • Participate in branding and promotional activities to strengthen company presence in the market.
Internal Collaboration & Compliance
  • Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Technical, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Support credit management and coordinate with finance for timely collections.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, competition laws, and safety standards.
  • Promote a strong Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) culture in all business activities.
Education & Background
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE/GCC construction materials and ready-mix market.
  • 2–3 years of relevant sales experience in the UAE; experience in Ready-Mix Concrete preferred.
Technical & Functional Skills
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills with a record of achieving commercial targets.
  • Ability to perform sales analysis and reporting with precision.
  • Customer-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
