Job summary

A Spanish Med-Tech company is seeking a sales professional to represent and sell their flagship CE/MDR-approved device across Urology, Rehabilitation, and Wellness channels in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of sales experience in medical devices, strong negotiation skills, and an active network in UAE hospitals and clinics. Fluency in English and Arabic is required.

Mission: Represent and sell our flagship CE/MDR-approved device NESA XSIGNAL (€20 k ticket) across Urology, Rehabilitation and Wellness & Sleep channels in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and manage hospitals, rehab centers, wellness clinics & medical spas.
• Plan and execute in-situ & virtual demos with clinical support.
• Negotiate tenders, contracts (purchase/rental) and close sales.
• Cultivate KOL and distributor partnerships.
• Maintain CRM, report pipeline & KPIs.

Skills
