The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and has over 5 years of technical sales experience, especially in marine or industrial sectors. Proficiency in Arabic is preferred. Job description

As a Key Account Manager , you will be a strategic contributor in driving profitable growth across a broad range of marine and industrial product lines. You'll be tasked with expanding business through both new client acquisition and development of existing accounts, especially in the GCC region. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in technical sales, preferably in the marine or industrial sector, and with an understanding of complex product portfolios.

You will manage and promote an extensive catalogue, including but not limited to :

  • Marine Chemicals : Cleaning, Water Treatment, Fuel Oil Chemicals, Test Kits & Reagents
  • Pumps & Accessories
  • Air Tools and Equipment
  • Workshop & Cleaning Equipment : High-Pressure Cleaners, Vacuum Equipment
  • Application & Circulation Cleaning Equipment
  • Workwear / PPE
  • Gases, Refrigerants & Cylinders
  • Refrigeration Tools & Equipment
  • Welding Solutions : Arc, Gas Welding, Brazing, Cold Repair Systems
  • Environmental Solutions : Oil Spill Equipment
  • Mooring Ropes & Accessories
  • Marine Lubricants : Mineral & Synthetic Oils, EAL Greases
  • Emission Control Chemicals and Equipment
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive profitable sales growth through both existing customer expansion and acquisition of new accounts
  • Develop and execute a Sales Activity Plan aligned with company goals and regional targets
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline , ensuring both quantity and quality of opportunities
  • Ensure customer contracts are compliant, profitable , and credit terms are adhered to
  • Proactively manage and grow the customer portfolio within the GCC region
  • Conduct regular technical presentations and product training for key stakeholders and clients
  • Actively contribute to market intelligence and competitor tracking
  • Coordinate with technical teams to offer tailored solutions and resolve client issues efficiently
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marine, or Mechanical Engineering
  • 5+ years of technical sales experience, preferably in the marine or industrial sectors
  • Strong understanding of the GCC market , particularly Saudi Arabia and Kuwait
  • Experience managing complex, multi-product portfolios
  • Arabic speaker preferred to manage regional client base
  • Demonstrated track record in B2B sales and account management
  • International sales exposure and cross-cultural communication skills
