The Opportunity

Key Account Manager is responsible to perform all the sales activities in the assigned region through key accounts and supporting channel partners, directing and providing support to achieve maximum growth and profitability in line with organizational values, vision and objectives.

Experience

4–5 years of sales experience in the laboratory supplies industry with broad experience preferred (chemicals, consumables and smaller equipment) along with channel management experience.

  • Ability to listen and deliver customer solutions.
  • Ability to drive sales and channel partners.
  • Understanding of customer and market dynamics.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Ensure achievement of budgeted numbers of sales net contribution.
  • Ensure discipline in parameters like DSO and provide full support to credit control teams.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics.
DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC / ONGOING FUNCTIONS
  • Manage key accounts and distributors to achieve overall sales objectives.
  • Provide best‑in‑class customer experience by continuous alignment with operations teams.
  • Perform regular reporting on performance pipeline, outlook, market and competitor developments.
  • Provide regular feedback and interaction with marketing to execute effective campaigns.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with channel partners to identify growth opportunities and remove obstacles.
