A leading solutions provider in the region is seeking a Human Resources and Talent Acquisition professional responsible for managing client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple clients effectively. Candidates with a background in HR or recruitment are preferred.
The role holder is responsible to create long term relationships with customers, oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, increase customer satisfaction, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities ensuring the assigned sales, revenue & net profitability targets are achieved. Develops long term relationships with a portfolio of key clientsAcquires thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirementsExpands the relationship with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their developing needs and objectivesEnsures products and services are delivered to customers in a timely mannerServes as the link of communication between key customers and internal Massar teamsResolves any issues and challenges faced by customers and deals with complaints to maintain trustPlays an integral role in generating new sales with long term prospectsPrepares regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metricsUpdates relevant systems for contracts or renewals, expiries, live pending termination, deliveries, sales activities and others.Ensures retention & growth targets for existing customers is achieved as per business planEnsures assigned revenue targets and vehicle unit growth targets are achievedCoordinates with customers for follow up on payments and overdue recovery.Performs other related duties as required
