Job summary

NOV is seeking a Kaizen Operations Drilling Support to ensure successful deployment and adoption of digital drilling products. The role is predominantly field-based, focusing on training and real-time support for customers and internal teams.

Applicants should have 4+ years in MWD/LWD or related drilling engineering fields, familiarity with real-time drilling data, and readiness for international travel. HS diploma required; opportunities to collaborate across multiple internal groups.

Qualifications

• Familiar with drilling practices and can identify areas of concern based on available real-time drilling data.
• Provide frontline digital drilling solutions support and be able to escape issues when required based on well-defined processes.
• Communicating with internal teams and customers daily.

Responsibilities

• Support digital drilling applications through training and field-based deployment.
• Engage with customer-side drilling engineers before and during deployments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Line, Field Engineering, Operations and Digital Commercialization to share Kaizen knowledge.
