Job summary

A leading company in luxury yacht building is seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the Head of Project Management. The role includes coordinating construction tasks, managing resources, and maintaining client relationships to ensure projects meet quality standards and timelines. Candidates should possess a degree in Mechanical or Marine Engineering and relevant project management experience.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in project management in shipbuilding or marine engineering.
• Ability to produce and present effective and comprehensive reports.
• Preferably a Turkish Speaker but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining project plans and schedules.
• Serve as the liaison between the client and the shipyard throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all construction activities meet quality standards.
