What you’ll do

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

  • Join a dedicated beach team and report to the Beach Club Management team.
  • Maintain food quality control, appropriate and timely food rotation, timely service, and high-quality food to ensure the best guest experience.
  • Eliminate food spoilage, contamination, and waste.
  • Prepare, cook and present food adhering to food safety standards; learn new skills.
  • Stay up to date with culinary trends; be creative and skilled in the art of cookery.
  • Apply our values—Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together, and Creativity—to your work.
  • Coordinate with the Sous Chef/Executive Sous Chef on menu changes, specials, shortages, and seasonal food and beverage activities.
  • Perform well in a high-pressure environment while maintaining quality.
  • Be flexible to undertake other duties as required and adaptable to hours to cover beach club needs.
  • Working in beach club operations involves exposure to heat and sun; you should be able to stand and walk for long periods.
