Accor Fairmont Dubai is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead the hotel kitchen with creativity and precision. You will create innovative menus, oversee operations, and ensure exceptional presentation for guests and events.

You will recruit and train staff, enforce HACCP and food safety, manage inventory and costs, and coordinate banquets. The role demands leadership under pressure and a passion for sustainable practices in a luxury setting in Dubai.

• Culinary degree or certification from an accredited institution.
