Qualifications

• You are a passionate chef who leads with energy and creativity.
• Experience in a senior kitchen role, ideally in hotel or high-volume settings.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, product quality and presentation.
• A passion for creativity, seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends.
• Ability to lead, coach and inspire a diverse kitchen team.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills under pressure.
• Commercial awareness with understanding of food costs, stock control and waste management.
• Collaborative, energetic and entrepreneurial approach, aligned with hotel values.

Responsibilities

• Support the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in leading the kitchen to high standards.
• Inspire the team during service to create a positive, collaborative environment.
• Oversee preparation, presentation and quality of dishes across the operation.
• Coach and develop junior chefs to grow their skills and confidence.
• Assist with menu development, seasonal specials and creative concepts.
• Support ordering, stock control, food costing and waste reduction to hit financial targets.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and quality standards at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and proper care of equipment.
• Collaborate with F&B and other hotel teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
