Job summary

February 30 Dubai is a premier beach bar, lounge and restaurant renowned for bold flavors, high-energy service, and exceptional hospitality. We are seeking a Chef de Partie to support the Sous Chef, manage a section during service, and uphold top-tier food quality and hygiene standards.

You will train and guide junior kitchen staff, ensure mise en place, monitor portion control, and help deliver consistent dishes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in culinary arts or related field.
• 3-5 years culinary experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and HACCP principles.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees assigned kitchen sections during prep and service to ensure quality and timing.
• Assists in preparation and finishing of menu items to meet quality, taste and presentation standards.
• Supervises Commis and Demi Chefs, providing guidance and training to maintain productivity.
• Maintains mise en place and ensures clean, organized workstations for service.
• Monitors stock levels, reports replenishment needs, and minimises waste through proper handling.
• Ensures HACCP compliance and hygiene standards are followed.
