Job summary

Elliott Group is seeking an entry-level Purchaser to support tactical procurement of materials, components, and services at our KEZAD Abu Dhabi facility. You will manage PR lifecycles, ensure data governance in ERP, and facilitate vendor communication to support factory production.

You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Planning, and Quality teams to handle purchasing for simple to moderate mechanical and electrical components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering).
• 0–2 years experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Basic understanding of BOMs and material flow.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive communication and willingness to learn in a technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute PR-to-PO workflows for mechanical, electrical, and fabricated parts per BOMs.
• Monitor PO confirmations, delivery schedules, and keep ERP data accurate.
• Support supplier sourcing for non-standard components and simple engineering changes.
