Job summary

A management consulting company based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Procurement Consultant to lead procurement activities aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement projects and consulting, with a strong preference for Arabic speakers. Responsibilities include managing RFPs and RFQs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is a full-time position with an immediate start date, offering a permanent role in a challenging environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Procurement projects required.
• Consulting experience in Tier 2/3 consulting companies preferred.
• Arabic speaker preferred; proficiency in English essential.

• Client > Management Consulting Company

• Tasks > Sustain procurement activities aligned with business objectives and budgets; Assess makeorbuy decisions for capital assets; Identify opportunities for cost savings and value improvement; Conduct Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Quotations (RFQs); Manage risks related to pricing delivery timelines and supplier reliability; Implement eprocurement tools and ERP systems (SAP Ariba Oracle Coupa); Collaborate with finance engineering and operations teams to align procurement with project goals;

• Requisites > Consulting attitude and experience in Consulting Tier 23; previous experience in Procurement projects; Arabic Speaker preferred English also working well; interested in a very challenging context to work with.
