Job summary

Michael Page's client in Dubai seeks a Paralegal / In-House Legal Assistant to support governance, contracts and compliance in the FMCG sector. You will help maintain records, manage filings, and liaise with authorities and external counsel.

The role requires a law or legal studies degree, fluency in Arabic and English, strong organisational and research skills, and experience with legal databases and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain company records, resolutions, statutory registers and filings.
• Review contracts/NDAs, manage documentation, track renewals and obligations.
• Assist in policy development and compliance framework monitoring.
• Liaise with authorities, regulators, external counsel and notaries for approvals.
• Support due diligence, KYC, cross‑border structures and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain filing systems and support contract administration and compliance projects.

Responsibilities

• Support corporate governance maintaining company records resolutions statutory registers and corporate filings
• Review draft and manage contracts NDAs and legal documentation while tracking renewals and key obligations
• Assist with the development implementation and monitoring of corporate policies and compliance frameworks
• Liaise with government authorities regulators external counsel and notaries to manage approvals registrations and renewals
• Support due diligence KYC processes cross-border corporate structures and regulatory compliance requirements
• Maintain legal filing systems and provide ongoing support for contract administration compliance initiatives and ad hoc legal projects
