Job summary

Henley & Partners, a leading global citizenship and residency advisory firm, is seeking a Junior Marketing Manager in Dubai to support the planning and execution of online and offline campaigns.

You will collaborate with the Social Media Manager for Civis Mundi, develop content, coordinate webinars and events, analyse performance, and help grow the international membership network while embracing a dynamic, hybrid work culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in marketing and social media management.
• Familiarity with major social platforms and their algorithms.
• Experience with content creation and basic CMS usage.
• Strong copywriting, communication, and analytic skills.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of online and offline marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager on content and campaigns.
• Plan and deliver Group webinars, from promotion to follow-up.
• Support Events marketing with content, invites, and collateral.
• Develop and execute digital and offline campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Maintain records of campaigns and assets.
• Stay informed about emerging platforms and trends.
