Matcha Club in Dubai is seeking a creative Junior Marketing Coordinator / Marketing Intern to join our team. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director and Marketing Manager, supporting daily marketing, content and creative needs across Matcha Club and our locations.

This role is ideal for someone starting their marketing career who wants hands-on experience with social media, campaigns, events and production in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or entry-level marketer.
• Creative, organized, proactive and eager to learn.
• Strong Canva skills are required.
• Knowledge of Instagram and TikTok, and current social trends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day marketing tasks and projects.

You'll work closely alongside our Creative Director & Marketing Manager, supporting the day-to-day marketing, content and creative needs across Matcha Club and our different locations.

This is a junior role perfect for someone looking to gain hands‑on experience across social media, content creation, campaigns, events and production in a fast‑paced, creative environment.

What you'll be doing:

• Assisting with day‑to‑day marketing tasks and projects
• Helping create and schedule social media content
• Assisting with posting and managing our social channels
• Creating visuals and marketing assets using Canva
• Supporting content, campaign and production shoots
• Helping with shoot preparation, props, moodboards and coordination
• Assisting with events, activations and brand collaborations
• Supporting the marketing team across ongoing projects

Who we're looking for:

• A recent graduate, intern or someone at the beginning of their marketing career
• Creative, organized, proactive and eager to learn
• Strong Canva skills are required
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and current social trends
• An interest in content creation, branding, fashion, fitness, wellness and lifestyle
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where every day can look different
• Content creation, photography and/or video skills are a plus
• UAE driving licence and ability to drive is highly preferred
• Based in Dubai
