By supporting work related to contracts, tenders, governance, and dispute management, the position helps strengthen the legal function that supports business operations. Through mentorship from senior legal counsel and participation in cross-functional projects, the role contributes to developing strong legal, analytical, and research capabilities while supporting the organization s legal strategy. What You ll Drive Support legal work related to contracts, tenders, governance, and dispute management. Participate in cross-functional projects and collaborate with different departments. Assist with drafting, research, and legal analysis tasks. Contribute to the preparation and review of legal documents. Support initiatives that align legal strategy with business operations. Learn and apply corporate legal practices within the construction and infrastructure environment under the guidance of senior legal counsel.
Hold or pursue a Bachelor s or Master s degree in Law (recent graduate or final-year student). Demonstrate a strong interest in corporate, construction, and infrastructure projects. Understand and summarize legal documents clearly and accurately. Demonstrate a high level of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality. Possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Knowledge in employment and HR related matters including employment agreements as well as corporate matters such as Power of Attorney
