The Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Lawyer to join our in‑house legal team in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide legal support across various business functions, ensuring compliance with UAE laws and regulations, and contributing to the company’s strategic goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice and support to internal departments on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting the company’s operations in the UAE.
  • Assist in managing corporate governance and compliance matters.
  • Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary and manage legal documentation.
  • Support dispute resolution processes and assist in litigation management as needed.
  • Conduct legal research to support business initiatives and decision‑making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university; LLM or equivalent qualification is a plus.
  • Licensed to practice law or eligible in the UAE jurisdiction.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within an in‑house legal department or law firm.
  • Strong understanding of UAE laws and regulations, particularly corporate and commercial law.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English & Arabic.
