Overview

Lead end-to-end recruitment for oil and gas projects and other domains, including blue-collar recruitment in the UAE. source top talent, manage stakeholder relationships, negotiate offers, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and mentor junior team members where applicable.

Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for oil and gas projects, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers while ensuring compliance with labor laws across regions.
  • Develop and implement recruitment processes, attract talent for technical and blue-collar roles, manage relationships with candidates, agencies, and hiring managers.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, develop recruitment strategies, manage hiring processes, analyze metrics, and maintain effective communication.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes, screen candidates, manage applicant tracking systems, support onboarding, and ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Source, attract, and onboard bike riders in the UAE, focusing on blue-collar recruitment and strong networking skills.
  • Support HR activities, onboarding, payroll preparation, and ensure compliance with company policies where applicable.
  • Build candidate pipelines, champion diversity, mentor juniors, and drive recruitment projects to successful completion.
Qualifications
  • 1 - 6 years of relevant recruiting experience (various roles including oil & gas, technical, blue-collar, or multinational environments).
  • Experience with end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills; ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Fluency in relevant languages as required by the role (e.g., multilingual capabilities for international recruitment).
  • Understanding of labor laws and compliance in target regions (Europe, North Africa, UAE).
Locations
  • United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah) and other Gulf locations as indicated.
