Qualifications

• Ability to work with branding guidelines and privacy rules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare internal communications including announcements, newsletters, and intranet content.
• Draft, edit, format, proofread, and distribute materials across channels.
• Support events, Town Halls, leadership meetings and employee initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to adapt content for local audiences.
• Ensure materials comply with branding guidelines and approvals before distribution.
