Job summary

MediaSource FZC in Abu Dhabi is seeking an HSE Support Officer entry-level position designed to develop UAE Nationals by exposing them to core Health, Safety, and Environmental operations.

The role supports policy implementation, compliance monitoring, and day-to-day safety activities across sites and offices, building foundational knowledge in risk management and regulatory compliance for a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include a High School Diploma; further safety qualifications preferred.
• 0-2 years of HSE or safety-related experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Basic HSE training such as IOSH/NEBOSH preferred but not mandatory.
• Nationality: UAE National only.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards across sites and departments.
• Assist in site inspections, safety walkthroughs, and hazard identification activities.
• Support incident reporting, documentation, and preliminary investigations under supervision.
• Maintain records of safety inspections, training logs, permits, and compliance documentation.
• Assist in organizing HSE training sessions, toolbox talks, awareness campaigns.
• Monitor PPE compliance and safe work practices.
• Support risk assessments and track corrective actions.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Prepare basic HSE reports, statistics, and dashboards.
• Provide administrative support to the HSE team as assigned by the Direct Manager.
