Job summary

AFC Holidays Group in Dubai seeks a Junior Graphic & Video Designer to join our marketing team. Create visuals for digital and print media, social reels, banners, and promotional materials while upholding the brand identity and quality.

You will collaborate with design and marketing colleagues, manage multiple projects, and deliver compelling graphics and short-form videos that support campaigns and engage audiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a graphic designer.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and design of digital and print materials (social media graphics, banners, flyers, brochures).
• Edit and produce short-form video content (reels, stories, promotional clips) for social media and campaigns.
• Collaborate with design and marketing to develop creative concepts and solutions.
• Ensure designs and videos align with brand guidelines and meet project requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts, storyboards, and design/video ideas for review.
• Amend designs and videos based on feedback to ensure final outputs are on-brand.
