Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Junior Graphic & Video Designer based in the UAE to join our design and marketing teams. You will create engaging graphics for digital and print media and edit short-form video content for social media campaigns.

The role requires a strong portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. You will stay up-to-date with trends to enhance creativity and output.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a graphic designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Experience with video editing software: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work.

As a Junior Graphic & Video Designer, you will work closely with our design and marketing teams to create visually compelling graphics and engaging video content that align with our brand identity and promotional goals. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including digital and print media, social media reels, and more.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and design of various digital and print materials (e.g., social media graphics, website banners, flyers, brochures).
• Edit and produce short-form video content (e.g., reels, stories, promotional clips) for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing team to develop creative concepts and solutions.
• Ensure all designs and videos are aligned with brand guidelines and meet project requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts, storyboards, and design/video ideas for team review.
• Amend designs and videos based on feedback to ensure final outputs are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and social media formats to enhance creativity and effectiveness.

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a graphic designer (required).
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work.
• Knowledge of design and video production techniques, including prototyping and motion graphics.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Basic knowledge of User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX).
• Strong communication and time management skills.
