Job summary

Ninjas in Pyjamas is seeking a Jr. Graphic Designer in Abu Dhabi with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to bring our brand to life across social, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.

You will collaborate with a small design team and the Head of Brand Design to deliver high-quality visuals that align with our identity. The role requires 3+ years of experience, a strong portfolio across social and digital media, and fluency with Adobe Creative Cloud.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio showing range across social, digital, brand, and campaigns.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual assets for social media, campaigns, events, presentations, and internal use.
• Work with Head of Brand Design to align with visual identity and direction.
• Adapt visuals into multiple formats/sizes for platforms and channels.
• Support social/marketing teams with fast‑turnaround requests.
• Design campaign assets, launch visuals, and templated materials.
• Develop and refine brand templates and design guidelines.
• Collaborate with production and other stakeholders to ensure consistency.
• Prepare files for digital delivery with correct sizing and versioning.
• Contribute to motion-ready assets with video/production teams.
• Stay updated on trends and platform best practices.
• Manage feedback and keep files organized for future use.
