We are a well-established floral shop in Ajman, UAE seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Florist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or individuals who are passionate about flowers and want to start their career in the floristry industry. As a Junior Florist, you will be responsible for assisting our senior florists in creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior florists in designing and creating various types of floral arrangements such as bouquets, centerpieces, wreaths, and more
• Prepare flowers by cutting stems, removing thorns and foliage, and conditioning them for use in arrangements
• Help with inventory management and stocking of floral supplies
• Interact with customers and provide excellent customer service by answering questions, taking orders, and providing advice on flower selection
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area at all times
• Participate in training programs to constantly improve your skills and knowledge in the floristry field

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in English (Malayalam language skills are a plus)
• Passion for flowers and creative flair for designing floral arrangements
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner
• Willingness to learn new techniques and styles of floristry from senior florists
• Prior experience or relevant education in floristry is preferred but not required
