Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering or related field (or equivalent professional background).
• A solid grasp of basic financial concepts and principles.
• Strong communication skills in English - you'll be representing us to clients.
• A results-oriented mindset with analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support the FINPRO MENA team in day-to-day operations and client deliverables.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Learn the fundamentals of Financial Lines products and insurance placement.
• Support and learn broking and placement activities as you develop your market knowledge.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and insurers.
• Contribute to market research and analysis that informs our strategy.
• Participate actively in training and development programs.
