Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in facility management, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and manuals.
• Experience or training in using CAFM/CMMS systems for work orders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily MEP tasks and support technicians across various disciplines.
• Review and follow up on work orders using CAFM systems.
• Help manage service providers and ensure maintenance is completed on schedule.

Skills

Basic understanding of LV electrical systems

Knowledge of HVAC systems

Familiarity with safety standards

Education
