Job summary

Leading Automotive Manufacturing Company in Dubai, UAE, is seeking engineering graduates to join as Junior Sales Coordinators for tendering. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, and immediate joining is preferred. Training will be provided to start a career in automotive sales and tendering.

Ideal for BE/B.Tech engineers in Mechanical/ Automobile/ Production disciplines with 0-1 year experience. Local language proficiency and quick onboarding are required.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Automobile/Production Engg.
• Fluent in Arabic – speaking, reading, writing.
• 0-1 year experience; freshers welcome.
• Immediate joining / max 15 days notice.
• Basic understanding of auto components, drawings, and BOQ.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office; AutoCAD/SolidWorks knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing RFQs/tenders from OEMs & Tier-1 clients.
• Assist in preparing technical quotations and BOQ with specs.
• Coordinate with Arabic-speaking clients for requirements.
• Manage communications with UAE clients and government entities in Arabic.
• Maintain tender tracker, update CRM, and organize bid documents.
• Support ISO/IATF 16949 documentation for automotive clients.
