Job summary

A leading energy company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Customer Service professional to manage the order-to-delivery process and coordinate with internal teams. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and some experience in customer service or related fields, showcasing strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Qualifications

  • Fundamental knowledge of supply chain functions.
  • Knowledge of commercial handling of Letters of Credits and export documentation is an advantage.
  • Recent graduate or up to one year of experience in Customer Service or related industry.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure order accuracy.
  • Manage the order-to-delivery process for designated markets.
  • Oversee customer databases and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with various third parties for shipment and documentation.
  • Generate reports related to sales orders and deliveries.
