About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Counsel (1–4 years post-qualification experience) to join a leading healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will provide legal support across corporate, contracts, and data protection matters, contributing to the effective functioning of the legal and compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including vendor, consultancy, clinical, and commercial agreements.

Provide advice on GDPR and data protection compliance within a healthcare context.

Support general corporate matters, including governance, regulatory, and internal compliance issues.

Liaise with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure legal risk is managed effectively.

Assist with legal research, documentation, and preparation of internal policies.

Candidate Requirements Qualified lawyer with 1–4 PQE (post-qualification experience).

Strong contracts experience, preferably in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries.

Knowledge of GDPR/data protection legislation and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Ability to work independently and integrate efficiently into legal/compliance teams.

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
