Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in Dubai Festival City is hiring a Commis 1 to join the Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Festival City team. You will prepare mise-en-place, maintain a clean workspace, and service guests with courtesy while supporting a busy kitchen.

Candidates should have experience in a restaurant or 4-star hotel, knowledge of Arabic cuisine is a plus, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality food.

• Prepares mise-en-place for day-to-day operation.

• Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
