Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia in Dubai, UAE, seeks a Junior Buyer to own Gymshark assortment and drive sales through high-quality purchases at advantageous prices. You will manage brand relationships and oversee end-to-end product processes.

You will work with the buying lead to define product strategy, tailor assortments, and incorporate feedback from stores and customers. Regular updates to senior management and collaboration with suppliers are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 4 years experience in the Buying field (retail, activewear or lifestyle brands).
• Microsoft Office proficient.
• Ability to create product and trend presentations.
• Brand management and negotiation.
• English fluency.
• Ability to travel frequently depending on the needs of the business.

Responsibilities

• Understand department and market trends for Gymshark.
• Define product strategy and assortment with Gymshark.
• Range build based on store feedback.
• Present performance insights to VP buying and Head of buying.
