Job summary

Al Tayer Insignia in the UAE is seeking a Junior Buyer responsible for Gymshark products, driving sales through strategic purchases at advantageous prices. You will manage brand relationships and end-to-end product processes across our luxury retail platforms.

The role involves researching trends, defining product strategy with the buying team, and collaborating with Gymshark to compile the right assortment while aligning with store feedback and business goals.

Qualifications

• 4 years' experience in buying for activewear or lifestyle brands.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel frequently.
• Strong product and trend presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops understanding of department and market trends.
• Defines product strategy with the Buyer/line manager and collaborates with Gymshark to execute the assortment.
• Ranges the assortment based on store feedback and customer input.
• Presents performance insights to VP buying/Head of buying and reacts to senior management requests.
• Researches and sources new brands or products to include in the portfolio.
• Maintains regular communication with suppliers and assists with ordering, delivery and payments.
