LearnGate Educational Institute in Dubai is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The role focuses on daily bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting with UAE experience preferred.

You will support budgeting and financial analysis, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial information. Zoho Books experience is encouraged as part of daily workflow.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience in the UAE.
Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
Knowledge of bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, budgeting, and analysis.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage accounting responsibilities efficiently.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate accounting records and support daily finance operations.
Handle bookkeeping activities, invoicing, and reconciliations.
Assist with budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.
Record and verify financial transactions in accounting systems.
Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of financial records.
