Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a Junior Accountant for a plastic trading business with a strong domestic and export presence. You will manage day‑to‑day accounting, prepare statements, and handle reconciliations using Tally and Excel.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely month‑end close, and supporting audits. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or commerce and have 1–2 years of experience with Tally ERP and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (statements, reconciliation, basic formulas).
• Experience in preparing reconciliation statements.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journals).
• Prepare financial statements and reports using Excel.
• Perform bank, ledger, and vendor/customer reconciliations.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, and supporting records.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist senior accountants with audits and financial reviews as required.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal accounting procedures.
