Lexify in Dubai is seeking a motivated Junior Accountant with a degree in Accounting or Finance. You will join a dynamic, international group and work with senior team members and external advisors.

You'll handle daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, VAT and tax compliance, invoicing, and support month-end closings. This role offers mentorship and a clear career path in a growing fintech-focused company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2 years of accounting, audit or bookkeeping experience.
• Knowledge of IFRS and UAE VAT/Corporate Tax is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Excel and Zoho Books.
• English C1 level mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable.
• Support month-end and year-end closing, and the preparation of financial statements.
• Assist with UAE VAT returns and Corporate Tax compliance.
• Prepare client invoices and monitor collections.
• Keep accounting records and supporting documents organised for audits and regulatory reviews.
• Work with the legal and onboarding teams on client entity matters across multiple jurisdictions.
