Job summary

Flyper in Dubai is seeking an Accountant to join our team in Jabal-Ali. The successful candidate will manage financial accounts, prepare financial reports and provide advice on financial matters. A salary of 1500 is offered for this position.

No experience is required, however, experience with accounting software is preferred. Immigration status is not a barrier and we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (preferred).
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Sage 50) is desirable.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documents
• Analyze financial data and create detailed reports
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Monitor budget variances and ensure cost-effectiveness
• Develop effective internal control systems to ensure accuracy of records
• Provide guidance to staff on accounting matters
• Develop financial forecasts, budgets and other financial plans
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Prepare VAT returns, audit documents or other required filings
