Position Title: Accountant

Location: Jabal-Ali, Dubai

Salary: 1000 AED

Employment Status: Full-Time

We are looking for an Accountant to join our team in Jabal-Ali, Dubai. The successful candidate will have experience in managing all accounting transactions, including accounts receivable/payable, payroll and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills. Knowledge of UAE financial regulations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the company including accounts receivable/payable, payroll and financial reporting
• Prepare monthly financial statements such as balance sheets and income statements
• Track and reconcile bank statements and other financial reports to ensure accuracy of data
• Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet company needs
• Prepare annual budget estimates for review by management
• Develop internal control systems to ensure compliance with legal requirements and corporate policies
• Investigate discrepancies on financial ledger entries and make necessary adjustments or corrections as needed
• Ensure timely filing of taxes in compliance with local laws and regulations
• Liaise with external auditors during annual audit process as required
