LPS Brands in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an Arabic Junior Account Executive to lead client servicing for a growing portfolio of government and semi-government clients. The role combines creative judgment with social media engagement to drive brand campaigns.

You will manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced startup culture, craft engaging campaigns in English and Arabic, and contribute to business growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of agency experience in UAE/Middle East region focusing on digital and social media.
• Proven track record in digital or social media engagements and client wins.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple client accounts and timelines.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with drive for business growth.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup culture and willingness to work outside office hours.
• Experience with content creation and social campaigns.
• Willing to learn new software/platforms to support creativity.

Responsibilities

• Account Management Ownership - directly build and grow value relationships, manage and retain Key Clients/Decision makers.
• Creative - provide creative judgement for the agency accounts, and get buy-in for clients.
• Build style guide/ voice & tone
• Operations - ensure timely scheduling/ posting/ community response of social media plans
• Own reporting and analytics, translating insights into actionable improvements and growth initiatives.
• Deliverables & Performance - ensure the account deliverables and KPIs for brands are met on a monthly & Quarterly level on a first-person responsible basis.
• An ambassador of the agency and its values, internally and externally

Position Overview

LPS (www.lps-me.com) is looking for an Arabic Junior Account Executive - a client servicing champion, creative and social media engagements maven and a budding opinion leader for its integrated client engagement; to skilfully lead its growing portfolio of strategic government and semi-government organizations.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 1+ years of experience in agencies within the UAE/Middle East region, with a focus on digital and social media assignments, is mandatory.
• Rich experience and a successful track record with digital or social media first engagements
• Proven record of Account pitch wins
• Highly organized and adept at managing multiple client accounts/ timelines on a daily basis
• Entrepreneurial and is constantly looking for business growth and development opportunities
• Has a passion to create engaging and entertaining brand campaigns/ Looking to outdo herself/ himself on a daily basis
• Should be comfortable working in an aggressive, fast-paced and young startup culture & flexible to work outside office hours on social media requirements; is willing to take up all-round business tasks as part of the team; team player; Agency experience is preferable
• Fluent in English and Arabic; strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• This role offers an opportunity to work on secondment with the team.
• Has worked on monthly/ weekly social media or content plans along with brand team and content creators;
• First‑hand knowledge of all the current digital media landscape and social platforms, social content formats like memes, GIFs, trends, vines, stories, live content, scheduling and analytics applications
• Agile and flexible to turn around real‑time social content/ ideas to social in a short period of time; highly sensitive to timelines and content commitments;
• Comfortable writing large amounts of engaging content on a daily basis
• Constant learner, listener and reader; is always looking to upgrade social media, content writing and other support skills
• Is a Jack of all trades; open to learning new software/ platforms to supplement his/her creative skills
