Job Title : Jr. Electrical Engineer
Location : Dubai
Salary : 70,000 Per Month
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, including 11kV and above voltage systems, switchgears, transformers, cables, and LV networks.
- Support senior engineers in reviewing drawings, specifications, and project plans to ensure compliance with technical requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on work progress, safety compliance, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams to ensure timely execution of project deliverables.
- Participate in site meetings, recording action points and following up on project requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of testing procedures, reports, and commissioning records.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and safety protocols during project execution.
- Provide technical support in troubleshooting electrical issues during installation and testing.
- Assist in material verification, quality checks, and inspection of electrical equipment before installation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending technical solutions and improvements in project processes.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
- Educational certificates must be attested by the UAE Consulate and MOFA.
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems (11kV & above).
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of switchgear systems, transformers, LV networks, and cable installation.
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings, technical manuals, and project specifications.
- Good understanding of electrical safety standards and regulations.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to attend and conduct site meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to project timelines.
Other Requirements
- Gender : Male candidates preferred due to site meeting and fieldwork requirements.
- Age : Around 25–26 years, preferably unmarried.
- Willingness to relocate and work on project sites across UAE.
- Must hold a valid passport with eligibility for overseas employment.
