About the Role

We are hiring a Junior Community Manager for a reputable community management company in Dubai, overseeing jointly owned residential and commercial properties. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, builds strong tenant and owner relationships, and ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, owners, and vendors; resolve inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate and supervise maintenance teams, vendors, and support staff for seamless property operations.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and Mollak system standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of tenant and owner interactions, service requests, and resolutions.
  • Support tenant engagement initiatives to foster a positive community environment.
  • Identify operational improvements and elevate unresolved issues to senior management.
  • Prepare reports and updates for management on property performance and tenant satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in building/community management in Dubai.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent knowledge of RERA regulations, Mollak system, and property management compliance.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
