The role provides leadership in health, safety and environmental management across engineering, procurement, construction, offshore installation, commissioning and start-up to ensure compliance with company policies and international standards. You will foster a strong safety culture, drive HSE objectives and KPIs, participate in audits, and coordinate contractor HSE performance.

KBR is growing its Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team for an exciting, high‑profile offshore water injection project in Abu Dhabi.

The ADNOC PMC project role would be based in an Office role in Abu Dhabi and later move to Offshore Site on 6 weeks on/ 3 weeks off rotation.

Job Purpose

The Specialist HSE (Projects) Engineer is responsible for providing leadership, oversight, and technical expertise in Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management throughout the lifecycle of the Offshore Water Injection Project. The role ensures compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, international standards, and project-specific HSE objectives during engineering, procurement, construction, offshore installation, commissioning, and start-up activities.

The position plays a critical role in fostering a strong safety culture, preventing incidents, managing project risks, and ensuring the safe execution of all offshore project activities.

Key Responsibilities
