Executive Assistant Your future position

As an Executive Assistant you will perform administrative tasks to a senior executive with high degree of autonomy with a proactive solution oriented mindset.

You will report directly to the Regional Head of Consumer Products SAMEA and will be based in Dubai.

In this exciting role your responsibilities will include :
  • Schedulingmeetings for the Regional Head of Consumer Products SAMEAand interact with stakeholders to ensure meetings are setup and follow up
  • Screening and prioritizingemails phone calls and other communications responding on behalf of theRegional Head of Consumer Products SAMEA
  • Schedulingand organizingmeetings including preparing agendas coordinating logistics and recording minutes communicatingto participants
  • Takingnotes during meetings and prepare meeting minutes following up on action items from meetings and ensuringcompletion
  • Booking travel arrangements for the Regional Head of Consumer Products SAMEA
  • Preparingtravel expense reports and ensuringreimbursement
  • Managing theagenda (vacation travel time management etc)
  • Schedulingglobal / regional meetings takingminutes and performing necessary follow up as needed
  • Exercisingdiscretion in all activities and in any circumstances
  • Assisting in the planning and of special projects and initiatives
Your professional profile includes :
  • Degree in administration business or relevant field preferred but not required
  • 5 years experience in an administrative support role preferably from larger organizations
  • Experience in supporting senior leaders
  • Fluencyin English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Expertise in PowerPoint and sound knowledge in excel
  • Strive for superior customer experience
  • Priority Setting and Proactive mindset
  • Ability to manage different multiple inquiries
  • Passion for success and willingness to go the extra mile
