Job summary
Allocation Assist is seeking a Specialist IVF Physician to join our fertility and reproductive medicine team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on diagnosing infertility, managing IVF/ICSI cycles, and delivering patient-centered fertility care in line with UAE standards and international best practices.
You will conduct consultations, develop individualized treatment plans, interpret diagnostics, and collaborate with embryology and nursing teams to optimize outcomes while maintaining compliant
Qualifications
- Medical degree from a recognized institution.
- Specialization in Ob/Gyn with fellowship/subspecialty in reproductive medicine or IVF.
- Eligibility for DOH Abu Dhabi License or licensure eligibility.
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations, assessments, and fertility evaluations for patients and couples.
- Develop individualized treatment plans for infertility and reproductive health conditions.
- Perform and manage IVF/ICSI cycles, ovulation induction, monitoring, egg retrievals, embryo transfers.
- Interpret diagnostic tests including ultrasound, hormones, semen analysis, and genetic screening.
- Collaborate with embryologists, nurses and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain medical records and ensure DOH regulatory compliance.
- Provide counseling and emotional support throughout treatment journeys.
- Monitor outcomes and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
