Qualifications

  • Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within an Italian restaurant or fine dining establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of Italian cooking techniques, sauces, pastas, and regional specialties.
  • Excellent understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
  • Team-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to Italian menu standards.
  • Assist the Chef de Partie in managing a kitchen section.
