Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP Ariba implementation and support experience.
• Hands-on expertise across Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Management.
• Experience integrating SAP Ariba with enterprise applications using CIG, CPI, PI/PO, and Ariba Network.
• Strong production support and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience working in banking or highly regulated environments is preferred.

SAP Ariba, SAP CIG / CPI / PI / PO, Ariba Network

Implement, configure, and support SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Management modules, including approval workflows, vendor onboarding, compliance controls, and contract governance.--Must Manage secure integrations between SAP Ariba and core banking systems using CIG, CPI, PI/PO, and Ariba Network, while providing post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvements.--Must Work closely with Procurement, Risk, Compliance, and Finance teams to gather requirements, conduct testing, deliver training, and ensure procurement processes align with banking regulations and policies.--Must Strong hands-on experience in SAP Ariba modules, Ariba integrations (CIG/CPI/PI-PO), procurement and vendor management processes, stakeholder management, and production support within regulated or banking environments.--Must

The role requires strong expertise in SAP Ariba modules, integration technologies, and production support within a regulated financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Ariba Implementation & Configuration

• Implement and support SAP Ariba solutions for procurement and vendor management processes.
• Configure SAP Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Management modules.
• Design and implement approval workflows, compliance checkpoints, vendor onboarding processes, and contract governance controls.
• Gather business requirements and collaborate with Procurement, Risk, Compliance, and Finance stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specifications, test cases, user documentation, and training materials.

Integration & Production Support

• Design and maintain integrations between SAP Ariba and core banking systems.
• Manage integrations through SAP CIG, CPI, PI/PO, and Ariba Network.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-go-live support.
• Drive process enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure secure and reliable connectivity with third-party platforms.

Mandatory Skills

Required Experience

• 5+ years of SAP Ariba implementation and support experience.
• Hands-on expertise across Ariba Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Management.
• Experience integrating SAP Ariba with enterprise applications using CIG, CPI, PI/PO, and Ariba Network.
• Strong production support and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience working in banking or highly regulated environments is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Ariba Certification (Preferred).
• Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain.
